ISO Innovative Analytics found that zip codes, particularly in dense urban areas, are insufficient for identifying your car insurance premium through some pretty awesome spatial analysis. They came up with a list of risk factors, with the biggest risk factor being living within a mile of a restaurant, followed closely by living near a grocery store:

We listened to the RadRails podcast today to see if there were any tricks that we should be using to harness the full power of RadRails.  Instead we learned that there are a lot of bugfixes in the current release and that something in Ubuntu Linux (which I develop on) is broken and the developers “have no idea why.”  We have no idea why either.
They also inspired us to be cheaper.  No more wood or metal desks for us.

ShackWizard.com, a UK FSBO site, launched recently.  Really, who in their right mind would use “shack” in their domain name when they’re trying to sell real estate?  It’s downright crazy.
