					<description>Dag, good question! We aren't really in the business of comparing ourselves to competitors, but I would say the speed and ease of browsing makes searching for homes on ShackPrices a unique home search experience. 

Additionally, we have nearby information for every shack, where you can identify nearby schools, see local transit stops, nearby parks, and places. Also, we have &quot;suggested  shacks&quot; so if you find a home you like, ShackPrices will show you similar properties that are for sale.  Finally, we show you comparable homes that have sold recently (along with photos) so you can determine if the price is high or low.</description>
