					<description>Thanks for the link love and I like the post too.  I have lived in the same house for 17 years.  The amount we owe on it is so little that it could be sold and we could buy a house for cash with the proceeds.  It is also a great feeling to know that we could pay off our mortgage any time we want to.   The first 3 years we lived in our home it went down in value and there was a lot of doom and gloom in the market just like today.</description>
